Owners, Presidents and CEOs of 8-12 different companies in non-competing businesses meet monthly as a diverse team of confidents to discuss common issues, to network, to review plans and goals, to share their expertise on growing their businesses, solving management problems, new business ideas, profitable strategies, long-term planning, etc., and to learn from each others successes and failures.

Featuring a variety of half-day and one day seminars covering a variety of business topics lead by one or more members of the Powell Business Consulting team.

Two-day planning retreat for top executives and two-day team building workshops for top executives and their management team.

Dick brings over 40 years of business experience with over 20 years of bottom-line responsibilities to the Powell Business Consultants team. He started in purchasing and then transferred to sales where he moved up the ranks in sales management and corporate management positions to President/CEO for two different national business magazine publishing companies. His areas of expertise for our consulting clients include advertising, sales, marketing, direct response marketing, and corporate management.

Dick and his wife, Donna, live in Bloomington, Minnesota. They have six adult children and 14 grandchildren.
